Bbq Grilling - Andrews Favorite Grilled Pork Chops
Start these thick grilled pork chops ahead of time, marinating in the simple but flavorful mixture of orange juice and soy sauce with green onions. Then making dinner will take just a few minutes.

Side Dish - Broccoli In Roast Chicken Drippings
Split breast chicken roasted with my favorite seasonings blend, taken out of the oven to rest. In its place, fresh broccoli spears and sliced garlic roasted until tender. Pure laziness, pure genius.

Side Dish - Zucchini Galore
Yummy sauteed zucchini with other veggies you can find in your fridge!! Very tasty and healthy!! I sometimes add a drop of wine to give it a little more taste. Note: you can add as many vegetables as you like, but this dish can also be tossed in with pasta, if tossing with pasta, just add a lot more olive oil.
